Do I already need to be a trainer in order to enroll in the Smartside Academy?
No, as we teach you the fundamentals of animating a training session in addition to the Storyleader® material that will allow you to operate and train after 10 weeks.
Do I already need to be a coach in order to enroll in the Smartside Academy?
Yes, as in addition to your training as a coach, we teach you our Storyleader® coaching technique. It completes your coaching tools by bringing a “narrative” touch to your coaching sessions around presentations, communications, etc.
After completing a program at the Smartside Academy, you bring me clients?
Yes, you’ll be part of the Smartside pool of trainers, you’ll have an exclusivity agreement with us and we will also exclusively work with you for our clients (French and international).
Are there supervision sessions included in the courses by the Smartside Academy?
Supervision sessions are part of the “community” option, in which you can enroll after completing the course. These sessions come in two different formats: either in one to one sessions with a senior coach, or collectively thanks to the Smartside community of coaches that help each other on their topics. “Upskilling” sessions are also available, as an option, twice a year to stay up to date. They are tought within the Academy at an intermediate and advanced level.
